Processing TimeΒ All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping TimeΒ We currently ship to the United States. Once your order has been processed, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping on all ordersΒ β€” no minimum purchase required.

Order TrackingΒ Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time.

Lost or Delayed PackagesΒ If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at support@quietzen.store and we will investigate immediately.

Damaged ItemsΒ If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@quietzen.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Bundle Orders Some of our products are curated bundles containing multiple items. These items may ship separately from different warehouses and will arrive in individual packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which will be emailed to you as each item ships. All items within a bundle will arrive within the standard 7–15 business day window.
